We're proud to present this light and bright contemporary masterpiece, offering 5 bedrooms, with living area, seating area, sun lounge, and day beds. A precious rectangle pool is also available with a lot of garden space.

You will feel comfortable to stays here, the villa is surrounded by a perimeter wall and gate that give you more security.

This is a private villa with private pool. You will enjoy the entire villa's facility without being shared with other guests. However, the villa occupancy will be based on 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Kindly contact us should you like to occupy all five rooms for less than 10 guests. An additional charge may apply accordingly. No worries, the entire villa is yours, all the facilities won't be shared with other guests.

For monthly stay, we have some services and facilities adjustment. Here are the details.
- Twice a week basic cleaning (sweep & mop)
- Once a week bedsheet and towel renewal
- NO BREAKFAST
- NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO
- NO HERBS on kitchen
- Gallons of water and gas for cooking only provided once in the check-in
- Include electricity bills. Please be wise on using it.

We enjoy the opportunity to meet all our guests. If we are not on site, one of our Bukit Vista Hospitality Team hosts will welcome you and be at your disposal for any pieces of information you may need. Our team is very knowledgeable about our area and enjoy seeing happy guests. They will also share some local tips with you! Feel free to ask for a recommendation or tips about the area. You can consider us as a friend while you staying here. Reach us whenever you need anything, we will try our best to help. We are available and reachable via instant message service should you need any information and/or assistance during your stay.

The typical weather is mostly sunny in the hills area, but there's a lot of shade in the villa. And these places is located strategically between most of the attraction in the Bukit Peninsula.

Places nearby the residence you can go to:
- In a residential area, there’s a backroad to GWK
- A lot of local restaurants within 10 minutes walk
- 15 minutes drive to Nusa Dua
- 20 minutes drive to Uluwatu
- 20 minutes drive to Jimbaran
- 15 minutes drive to Pandawa

We do not provide soap and shampoo. Pots, pans, cutleries are provided in the kitchen, except cooking oil, salt and pepper. WiFi information is available at the property upon check in.

You can rent a scooter and transportation/car at the villa. Either Food & beverage is able to order at the property. A massage service is available by your command.

Attractions and public facilities can be enjoyed nearby;
- The modern mini market is just across the street, there are 3 of them
- The supermarket is 5 minutes drive/motorbike
