This penthouse apartment is located in the SEASHELLS COMPLEX on the top floor of the smaller building and is absolutely awesome, it is light and bright and has awesome views of the ocean. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a Fold-Out Sofa for extras. Full access to the infinity pool & tennis court. Just a short walk to many restaurants & the marina. We now also have a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Extra pods are available for purchase at Seashells reception.

You have lifts going up to the apartment, as well as stairs if you feel like some exercise. There is a massage retreat downstairs if you feel like treating yourself or your friends. Also available close by is bicycle riding and heaps more. The apartment has beautiful Bamboo floors throughout the living area and cream carpets in the bedrooms. There are TV's in the Lounge and Main Bedrooms. The best part is siting on the balcony at the outdoor setting, taking in the ocean views, chilling, relaxing, having a drink or two if you do. You can have your own private BBQ on your balcony or go downstairs to the communal BBQ, up to you. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with barstools and is fully kitted out. Main bathroom has the all important Spa Bath to relax in and wind away all the stresses of daily life. The second bathroom has a huge shower, toilet and basin and also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer which is nicely tucked away in a cupboard.

If you are feeling keen you can play some tennis(bookings essential). Other than that all areas are accessible. There is an awesome infinity swimming pool overlooking the ocean and attached is a children's swimming pool, best of both worlds and all easily accessible. The beach is accessible in front of the pool either via steps or a little further away via a slight ramp, so easy for anyone to access.

There are heaps of coffee shops (my favourite is Mocha) and restaurants just around the corner. Nino’s is an excellent fish and chips shop, plus they have heaps of other items on their menu as well as serving alcohol. The Mandurah Foreshore is only a 10-minute walk away which also boasts a heap of different restaurants and bars, always a good one for me is the old Irish Pub, great food, good drinks, and the prices are pretty good as well. There is also a Woolworths just off the main foreshore, banks, clothes shops, ice cream shops and lots more. There is also a large shopping centre called Mandurah Forum which has heaps of large and small shops for you to peruse and spend your well-earned money.
Lots of seafood restaurants close by. Bars and a Champagne Bar is also close by, if you enjoy oysters, the Champagne Bar specializes in them, so pop in enjoy the better qualities of life.

There is public transport available, but everything is so close it is all in walking distance. Uber's and Taxis are also available. The apartment comes with two parking bays, one under cover and one open air, but both are situated behind locked gates.
