This large, open plan living space, combines 15ft high ceilings, solid oak floors, high end design with original exposed brickwork, beams and steel pillars.
Vulcan Mill is a beautifully converted listed building and is the oldest working cotton mill in Europe. The unique design of the space combines original features with modern, high-end fittings and huge windows, looking on to open green space and fantastic views across the Manchester skyline, particularly at sunset.
The spacious and luxurious master bedroom boasts a super-kingsize bed, fitted with 100% Egyptian cotton bedding. The space also contains a large fitted wardrobe and dressing area, with 9ft mirrors and downlighting, perfect for getting ready.
The brand new, stunning New York boutique style bathroom, tiled in black porcelain, has a to-die-for walk in rain shower. It also includes a huge ceramic basin with designer waterfall taps and exposed element lights hanging from the ceiling, lighting up the fantastic wall-to-wall mirror. Fresh linen and an assortment of argon oil shampoo's and conditioner's, soap's and sanitiser's are provided complementary for your use during your stay.
The newly installed, beautifully crafted open plan kitchen, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining and lounge area. Complete with a two Samsung ovens, a Samsung Microwave, ceramic hob and an extractor fan that rises out of the stunning marble work surface, this kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.
Additionally, the kitchen comprises of a Bosch fridge-freezer, Bosch dishwasher and has the luxury of a built in wine cooler, for those who enjoy more than one drink. The bespoke marble top continues as vertical uprights which beautifully encase the kitchen units. It also provides a house for pop-up electrical plugs, a undermount sink and a tall, flexible, stainless steel mixer-tap.
There is also a broad selection of hot drinks for you to choose from.
The dining area and lounge is spacious, light and relaxing. The retro 1970's dining table, passed down from the owners father, previously his old desk, seats four people comfortably. It is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.
The living room has a super comfy leather chaise-longue 4 seater sofa-bed and a 50" 3D smart TV with Netflix and Amazon TV access as standard. If you are booking for 3-4 people, please advise if you want the sofa bed making in advance of your stay.
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. The gym is located nearby and is shared with other members. Membership can purchased from £5 per day or £19.99 per month.
In the unlikely event that the lift is not working, you will need to take the stairs. The code for all doors on the ground floor is C1246.
If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area at the back of the building.
The apartment is self check yourself in for ultimate privacy and flexibility. All access doors are coded and there is a a SMART entry system and comprehensive check in instructions.

When you walk out the front door, your confronted with a beautiful open green space surrounding the New Islington Metrolink. Behind this is the stunning manchester skyline of contemporary apartment blocks and skyscrapers. Its like being in the city, without being in it - work that one out!

New Islington Metrolink is directly outside the front door providing instant access all over the city. There are beautiful walks down the canal which take you right into the epicentre in 10 minutes.
There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development free of charge. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). There is also a pay per park car park 10m over the road, opposite the development, where is costs £6 to park for 24 hours.
