Tempagnano is a very quiet and safe neighborhood located in a strategic position: close to the historic center of Lucca and a few km from the entrance to motorway "Capannori" and "Lucca est".
There are many places for dinner and aperitif, ristobar, and pastry shops where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts.
The village church, of medieval origins, was founded in 808 and extensively restored in the nineteenth century, when the position was changed. Part of the old structure is now used as a sacristy: under a layer of plaster on the walls, traces of frescoes dating back to the mid-fourteenth century, concerning Stories of saints have emerged. In this church there is also a table with the Madonna enthroned between the SS. Andrea and Pietro, painted by Vincenzo Frediani in 1497.

The house has a private parking space inside the residence.
Nearby there are bus and shuttle stops in transit especially on the Roman provincial road.
Just a 30 minute drive takes you to the beaches and clubs of Versilia.
In Torre del lago, in July and August, the "Puccini Festival" takes place, a musical festival with concerts, musicals and shows, which takes place in a splendid open-air theater. 30 minutes to reach Pisa that with its leaning tower attracts waves of tourists every day.
In 1 hour you arrive in Florence for a pleasant trip immersed in art while those who love the mountains can enjoy a day on the peaks of Abetone which are to 1 hour and 20 minutes and in winter there are excellent skiing facilities.

Tempagnano is located in the west of Lucca, the historic center is easily accessible by bike or car. Near the house you will find all kinds of services. Near the house there is a ristobar with a tobacconist and a newspaper shop (open from 6:30 am to 11 pm, closed on Monday). In the evening you can choose to dine in many restaurants and pizzerias in the area and for breakfast there are excellent pastry shops.
In case of need at 3 km there is a Pharmacy open every day from 8:30 to 20 and a large supermarket open until 20.
The city hospital is 3.5 km away.
