This one-bedroom apartment is with great location. Great facilities and easy check in and check out at your convenience.

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how it is easiest to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in City and available for contact by email or agoda Message.

- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied

1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the re(URL HIDDEN)
