Due to the new law started in Japan on June 15th, 2018, all guests must provide the following details before their check-in the apartment.

This process allows me to operate legally in Japan as a BnB host.

Please note that if you can't provide below supporting document. I can't process your accommodation in my apartment even you made all payment to agoda platform.

1. Full name of each guest staying (including children)
2. Full home address of each guest
3. Occupation of each guest (student, engineer, housewife etc)
4. Photo of everyone's passport page that shows the name, nationality and passport number.

★ Loss of the room key
Please note that the room key can’t replicate by our side, please keep your key well. If you lost the key, you need to pay the cost of JPY 32400 for the penalty charge. We will deduct the cost via agoda platform if needed.
