On 84 m² there is space for up to 8 people The spacious kitchen/living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds, and a flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and Zatoo Live TV function. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and kettle. The renovated bathroom has a shower/WC. Summer concerts are held on the leafy Königsplatz and films are shown outdoors.

The underground station Maillingerstr. is only a few minutes walk from the flat. The U1 and U7 lines provide excellent connections to the local transport network.
