- This is a self check in & out unit, We will provide information & assistance for your check-in and check-out procedures.
- Check in time is 3PM.
- Check out time is 12PM.
- Late check out charges > RM30/hour.
- Quiet time after 10PM.

- This is non-smoking unit, smoking is strictly prohibited at my unit.
Smoking at my yard area is not allowed. Penalty of full deposit will be charged if we found evidence of guest smoking inside my property.
- Strictly no party events, no illegal activities inside my property.
- Strictly not allowed for pets.
- No Durian is allowed at this premises.
- Kitchen are only for light cooking.

A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer only. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

1-4 days, Damage deposit is RM100.
5 days onwards, Damage deposit is RM200.
14 days onwards, Damage deposit is RM300.
