Situatd 65 km from Mumbai Air port, and 2 0 km ( 30 minutes) from Khandala, 45 km from Alibaug Beaches, 17 kilometers from Matheran hill station, the villa is a perfect getaway for an adventure filled holiday. The place allows you to have an almost perfect package of scenic and adventurous destinations, including beaches, hill stations, trekking and hiking trails The house: The three level villa has a huge, spacious, king-size living room and three bedrooms across two levels. There are three terraces with a breathtaking views of the hills and the forests. The top terrace/ roof , besides transporting you to a world sublime am allows you a gorgeous view of the setting sun. If you want to see the sunrise there are several points across the development from where you can absorb the splendor and serenity of the rising sun. Each part of the day provides a different experience and the house forms a beautiful serene camp for relaxation or as abase campy for exploring the beautiful beaches and hill stations in the konkan region. The garden has lush grass, tall petina palm and blossoming flowers. The back garden has fruits, (just planted) and other herbs, which are available to you for your judicious/ sustainable use. This is a perfect stay for those who would want to enjoy tranquil days aways as well as visit tourist destinations, including a theme park on days when they want more action. Activities on the development: 1. Trekking , 2. Medication point, 3. Walks Food: there is a fully equipped food plaza for all the cosmopolitan aspects you might miss. You may want to indulge in a tasty latte from Starbucks, a mere 10 minute drive. Or perhaps you wish to enjoy the local organic products that is also offered there, with small quaint stalls, providing fresh herbs and dried vegetables, multitudes of sauce. If you wish to enjoy a meal in a truly spectacular location perhaps kajrat is the place for you with many boutique stores and restaurants who/s décor echos a pintrest board. There is a fully equipped kitchen wiith mixer, microwave, toaster. Also available tiffin service at a nominal cost of 2 dollars for non-vegetarian and Rs 100 ( 0.75 dollars) for vegetarians. The order has to be placed 4 hours in advance. A basic , breakfast package ( milk , cereals, tea, fuits, eggs, toasts) is available within the room rent. Moving around: You can hire car at Rs 1000 per day or negotiate a better price if you are staying longer. You need to have a driving licence though. Autos are available on call. Taxis can be booked in advnce for a nominal rate if Rs 3000 for the whole day. You can of course have your own conveyance. Airport pick up: can be arranged for Rs 3500 ( USD 50 or 35 pounds). Living space: you can the entire house (three bedrooms) or just the first floor with two bedrooms and living space access to the first floor and the top floor terrace. House help: A caretaker is available to help you with housework, cleaning, cooking and laundry ( washing only). She also can cook delicious Indian / Marathi food including various parathas for a cost Rs 300 per day. I will be available through email and calls. There is a caretaker for the place. The gated community is called Magic Hills, situared in Ambivali village in Khalapur. HIranandani Forture city is coming up 10 kilmoters away while Godrej City is a 15 hours drive. Magic Hills is a set of villas built on the top of hills. It is absolutely scenic. You can hire car at Rs 1000 per day or negotiate a better price if you are staying longer.
