Studio Unit Condo in Mandaue City
Equipped with basic needs, this place will be your home away from home. The unit was acquired thru RFO selling on January 16, 2020 and made available for guests in September 2021. It is a Studio Type Condominium Unit which is made available for approved Guests only. The Community is clean and peaceful. Security Guards have 24/7 duty at the entrance and within the premises. Utility Personnel maintains the cleanliness of the common areas daily and each building has designated garbage bins.
Ventilation is good with an installed air conditioning unit and elctric fan. For fresh air, you can always let the windows and balcony door open. Guests can sleep well with just right bed and beddings.
Cooking essentials are available for complete home away from home experience.
Guests will need to climb one level of stair case since the unit is located at the 2nd floor of a low rise building.
Keys are issued upon check-in. Host and guest may interact thru the Agoda messaging app, SMS, Viber or WhatsApp for any concerns and requests.
Getting around is pretty easy since the unit is at the center of Mandaue City and near the Highway. Location is strategic to easily access supermarkets, malls, hospitals, tourist destinations, and other destinations. The place is close to malls and supermarkets such as J Centre Mall, Park Mall, SM City, and Ayala. It is also near to different dining restaurants, bars, karaoke, etc. It is also near the main hospitals such Chong Hua Hospital, Cebu Doctor University, and UC Med Hospital. Banks and ATMs are easily accessible outside.
Grabcar and taxis are easy to book. If you opt for public transportation, jeepneys are buses are available just outside the Community.
Currently, there is no wifi in the unit and phone signal is limited near the window area.
There is no dedicated parking space but there are parking spaces for rent within the Community. This could be pre-arranged as needed.
