Nestled in a 156 year old villa (Casa Tipri), it stands out pristine white amidst emerald green fields, with rustic, sloping roofs and mother of pearl windows that are reminiscent of the bygone Portuguese splendour.

//The Rooms
The rooms are designed for an undisturbed stay and will offer you a perfect getaway from the world. Completely equipped with all modern amenities, the rooms are spacious, airy, have ample natural light and the decor is a mix of antique and contemporary.

This listing is for a 2 Bedroom unit with 2 queen beds, ACs, Geysers and 2 mini refrigerators.
The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchenette with two Induction stoves, a microwave oven, french press coffee maker, kettle, a rice maker, toaster and all essential pots and pans.
Other amenities include Hi-speed WiFi, Power back-up and there is also a washing machine installed in the property for the guests.

//The Terrace :
This space also comes with your own private terrace to relax or lounge.
A majestic mango tree sweeps down on this beautiful sun deck with lush green as far as your eyes can travel. Perfect for early morning meditation or a Yoga sequence. You will look forward to lounging here with your book or a drink!

//The Courtyard :
A perfect place to procrastinate or work, as you may! Surrounded by fields, the courtyard has its own share of tangerine, mango and coconut trees. Peacocks and kingfishers come to visit along with many other exotic species of the feathered kind. The tranquility doubled with an explosion of flora and fauna will make your day dreaming worthwhile.

COVID RELATED NOTE:
* Deep sanitization and cleaning is done, after each checkout and before each check in.
* Towels, Bed-sheets are professionally dry-cleaned / bleached after every checkout.
As circumstances demand, we will insist that you abide by all the rules and protocol that the current pandemic crisis calls for -  your safety and good health are of utmost importance to us!

Other things to note :
* A caretaker/ maid will be available to help with Housekeeping on a daily basis.
* Home cook services are also provided ( at extra costs) and can be made available for the duration of your stay.
* No smoking zone inside the rooms , only in outdoor spaces of the property.
* Parking is available next to the villa and fits 2 cars. We will also assist in arranging transport ( Cars, Bikes or Cycles), if required.

- Late check out requests should be pre-approved by the Host in advance.
- Check out can be extended to 2pm and beyond that will be charged at 50% of the day’s tariff.

*** We accept long stays, however please note that the Electricity + WiFi for the duration of the long stay will be charged as per actuals.
