Elegant 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Outdoor Pool, nestled in Old Khandala Road about 10 minutes away from Market and Lonavala Railway Station.

The House offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with two bedrooms attached with living area and two on upper level. Three rooms have an en-suite bathrooms and one general attached with living room. The house can lodge upto 20 people with extra mattress in all the bedrooms. The spacious living room (Non AC) has a comfy sofa and a 8 seater dining table. The Fully equipped kitchen is perfectly maintained with all the necessary electronic appliances like microwave, refrigerator, water purifier with gas stove.

The four bedrooms are sweetly touched with comfort to offer guest a homely stay at night. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries and provision for hot and cold water facility, a separate shower area and proper ventilation.

This Villa in Lonavala has a private gated lawn with a parking space for 2 cars. Guest who is looking to rejuvenate themselves over a weekend stay or a weekday escape from work.

The neighborhood is an idealistic hill station that sits in between Mumbai and Pune. It is famous due to its natural beauty during the monsoon season and various points around the area like tiger point and dukes nose.

it is always advisable to get your own transportation as the travelling in rural areas is always cumbersome due to unreliable transportation facilities Lonavala city has excellent connectivity to Mumbai Pune due to its express highway.

There are Cameras outdoors and at the Pool area for Guest Safety for any unsudden incident. (we do to intent to misuse it and we ensure guests privacy and Safety is maintained)

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

House Rules:
- No music allowed in outdoors after 10 pm, can be played indoor at low volume.
- No using of Pool after 10 pm
- A security deposit of INR 5000 will be taken by the caretaker at the time of check-in which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout.
- Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited
