My apartment is a strict non-smoking room. You can head to the balcony (behind the big curtains in the picture) and kindly close the balcony door to do your smoking so smoke won’t get inside the room.

For guests who still smoke inside the unit (bedroom, bathroom) or wherever other than the oudoor balcony (with the balcony door closed when smoking) will be fined 30 USD per night, times total nights of (URL HIDDEN)

Please respect this rule since this is for other guests’ convenience, room polluted with cigarette smoke is not easy to clean and refresh again!

The kitchen is equipped with plates, bowls, and spoons, are stored in kitchen cabinet.

Full access to swimming pool and gym. The poolside has very nice and large sitting areas for you to just sit and enjoy, with convenient store right by poolside.
You can use the swimming pool (which also has very hot jacuzzi) for free, and access to the gym for free with access card.

Please make sure to take care of all furnitures and electronics in the room (they’re all new) so we can both feel happy after your stay. =)
