The flat is part of a wooden water mansion (yali). The flat has private kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished and there are all utilities. This flat is a 1+1 heated by natural gas system. There is a double bed and a sofa. So it can accommodate 4 people. Please note this flat is on 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Sarıyer is an old and safe neighbourhood. Metro station is 12 min. away by bus. There is a free shuttle bus to Koç University. There are 24/7 open small markets/supermarkets/pharmacies /cafes/restaurants (and all kind of shops you would need) around which are in a walking distance. The biggest and most famous shopping centre of Istanbul - Istinye Park AVM is only 15 min. away by bus.

Bus stop is just six mins away from the house. Buses go directly to Kabataş, Taksim, Beşiktaş, Ortakoy, Bebek etc. Taksim is 30 mins away by bus+metro. Rumeli Hisarı (Rumeli Fortress) is just 20 mins by bus.

Sarıyer is a perfect place to be in nature and feel peaceful by not being too far away from the city center.

There are lots of parks around and Belgrade forest is close by. You can also find nice fish restaurants and cafes around.

Sadberk Hanım Museum which is Turkey’s first private museum that contains more than 18.000 pieces of artefacts in its collection is only 10 minutes away by walk.

Ataturk Arboretum is also around 20 min. away by bus.

Koç University, İstanbul Technical University and Beykent University are also close to house.
