Newly constructed beach side villa built in colonial style. Situated in beautiful, secluded North Bali. Large pool to rear and set in 2900m of landscaped lawn and gardens. Animal and child friendly. Contains six large en-suite bedrooms. Tejakula is a traditional fishing village. Tropical reef opposite property. Bikes, kayaks, snorkeling, scuba, hiking, fishing and boat trips available. We offer 10% discounts for bookings over one week. Plus a 20% discount for bookings over one month.

Sits on the beach. Everything about the villa is large - living room, bedrooms, kitchen, garden and pool. Tejakula is a traditional Balinese fishing village. Taste of real Bali. Quiet and beautiful.

Covered parking for five cars. We have our own temple in the garden. Walled garden laid to grass and flowers/coconut trees. Large pool (no fence). Beach side with beautiful reef nearby. Two large bedrooms downstairs and four upstairs (no lift).

The villa is run as villa rental.We have staff who clean the villa and rooms daily. There is a cook if required (additional charge) and gardener The pool is cleaned daily.

Surrounded by fishermen and their simple houses. Lots of coconut trees. Few ex-pat houses dotted around. Beach in front. Generally very quiet and peaceful. A couple of resorts in the village which have open bars and restaurants.

We can arrange for car and driver if required. Option to rent a scooter. Not much public transport. For local transport feel free to use one of our bikes.

We have set up the villa for our own enjoyment. We have tried to provide our children with a safe, healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. There is plenty to do in and around the villa.
