Neighborhood overview
At the border of Mandaluyong and Makati, this apartment is one of the first buildings in the new Acqua Residences development. Soon to be home to a future Novotel hotel. It's a very local surrounding, but it very well situated between Makati / Ortigas and Mandaluyong. Super safe Acqua community and great friendly guard/concierge staff.

Getting around
Taxi's can be taken from the entrance but we highly recommend using UBER /Grab while in Metro Manila
