Our home is a high-end 2 Bedder condo at Paragon Suites. It's located behind JB check point, short drive away from famous eateries (San Lou Seafood restaurant) & shopping malls (KSL & City Square & SOGO). We have carefully decorate & furnish our home to make it a cosy & homely for short/long stay.

**Do take note that this is a dual key apartment. STUDIO beside is rented seperately.

This is a 1,200 Sqr (112sqm) 3 bed rooms apartment with good straits view and pool view! No noise from the high way.
There is 24 hours security in the apartment and carpark and the lift can only operated via access card. The unit is also secured by digital lock and gated.

A modern well equipped gym, playground and cosy good size swimming pool (subject to availability), Sauna Room, Kids Playground, Mahjong room are all at Level 7.

Popular shopping center like KSL City Mall, City Square, SOGO and JB free trade zone are around 5 minutes drive away from the condominium. You can also walk to JB-Singapore check-point (CIQ) within 5mins and 15mins to City Square
