A lovely 56 mt sq. fully equipped studio room on the 25th floor with wide sweeping ocean views on absolute private beach front and your own private entrance to the room.
We have two rooms on the same floor (Rooms 290 and 287). So you can book both if you so wish.
This room was just fully renovated and comes with new furniture and equipment. We are next to beach side restaurants, bars and a convenience store is nearby. Many well-known tourist attractions, golf courses and sailing facilities are within a 15 minute drive.
Our large balcony is second to none. You can enjoy a cold drink or dine al fresco while taking in the beautiful sunset.
The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking and the WC has hot water with very good water pressure. Free Wi-Fi, toilet paper and toiletries so you don't have to worry about buying the basics. The condotel has 24 hour security and CCTV on all floors and a 24 hour reception desk.
You have full use of the studio room and the facilities offered by the condotel. There is no place that is off limits to our guests.
There are very few places in the Pattaya and Jomtien area that have a location directly on the beach with no road in between. You can walk along the beach to have a massage, a coffee or smoothie in a local cafe, buy fresh Thai fruit or unwind at the Sports Bar at the Ambassador City Hotel next door. The location is perfect for a family holiday or a couple looking for a break from it all.
We offer a laundry service for a reasonable price or you can do your own in coin operated machines and do the ironing in your room with the iron and ironing board provided.
There is also an in house room cleaning service which you can choose to use.
We will be able to offer help throughout your stay and help you out with shopping, getting around and advice on local tourist attractions.
There is a regular minibus/songtail service on the main road for trips up to Pattaya.
