Complete with an equipped kitchen including 3M Water Filter System, Microwave, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Capsule Coffee Machine, French Press and Instant Water Heater. All rooms with a decent view of KL City Skyline.
The facilities include an Olympic length pool, with an amazing view of natural rainforest, Kids and infant friendly wading pools, Gym, Children Playground, Jogging track, Futsal Court, Half Basketball Court, Badminton Court etc.
Dedicated parking at resident's parking. Private parking for one vehicle is provided. Let us know if you need additional parking.
Three tiers security access to the unit (need access card at (1) Lobby/Parking and (2) Lift. Separate card for (3) door lock).

We are traveller ourselves so we want you to enjoy your privacy. All check in and check out will be done virtually. But we are not very far, so do tell if you need us!
The home located right above newly established KL East Mall, on one of the most premium developement in its neighbourhood. 200 million years old rainforest is the backdrop of the house, featuring longest quarts formation in the world. Foods is super convenient. Decent restaurant i.e Chef Wan, Serai, Dolly Dimsum, KFry, Sushi Zanmai and many more available in the attached Mall, and the savoury Sate Kajang and Nasi Arab is right across the building. You can also find decent Malay breakfast like kampong style Nasir Lemak and variety of Kueh at the nearby Taman Melati.
Private parking is located on Level 5 of the same building. Getting around is super easy either by driving, or Grab! Major roads are all easily accessible from the unit. Take the train if you’re more adventurous. Grocer and restaurants are right below the building inside KL East Mall. Access to Sky Garden (Level 22), Rooftop Terrace (Level 37) and Podium (Level 6) is a breeze!
Our unit is also our staycation home. You may find some personal items. Feel free to use it. Note that we keep two of the cabinets locked, as we store personal belongings and cleaning materials.
We will provide one parking access card, one condo access card and 1 door card. If the card is lost, we will need to charge RM80/card for replacement fees.
