The former commercial unit has direct street access and was converted and renovated into a 2 bedroom apartment. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 77 m² there is space for up to 8 people. The bright living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat-screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The daylight bathroom offers a shower, WC and a washing machine Explore Berlin like a local and benefit from the size of the apartment and good connections to the city center.

The highlight is the huge walk-in rain shower in the freshly renovated bathroom. A washing machine/laundry dryer is included.

S-Bahn Sonnenallee is just a few meters from the apartment. The bus station is also in front of the door!
