Villa Esperia - Traditional villa in Zakynthos
Villa Esperia is a stone-build traditional villa, set amongst peaceful surroundings in Kampi, one of the smallest and most authentic village of Zakynthos. The perfect location of the villa near the Cross monument offers the rare combination of sweeping sea and mountain views and complete privacy, making it the ideal place for a memorable vacation in the beauty of nature. On the south the house gazes through the mountain view. On the west side the villa has endless spectacular sea view.
Villa Esperia has a size of 100 square meters and has a maximum capacity of up to 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children). At the centre of the house is a vast, open living area with a dining table and comfortable couches arranged to enjoy the wonderful sea view. The kitchen, too, is open, and was designed and equipped with keen cooks in mind. All rooms are air conditioned and mosquitoes’ nets are installed to the windows. The master double bedroom has a make-up vanity table, views to the south and west and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second double bedroom has a make-up vanity table, view to the west and access to the second bathroom with shower. Two terraces facing in opposite directions ensure sunshine all day long. A pretty garden with two furnished loggias is planted with rosemary, oregano, olive trees and bougainvillea, offering a relaxing private space.
The guests have complete privacy at Villa Esperia, with full access to the villa and the garden.
Assistance is provided locally by an exceptionally helpful family of caretakers, who both speak excellent English, and can provide you with extensive touring and dining information. Services included in the rental fee, and optional services available, are noted under Price and Availability.
The place is generaly very quiet, and away from the noise of the town and of very turistic places. There are no nightclubs near by, but you can enjoy traditional Greek music and dances during live performances at the near by tavernas.
You will need a car to get arround. Kampi village is very small and located in the mountain area, and it is not served on daily basis by public transportation means.

Security Deposit: if there is any damage or any items are lost from the home, you may be charged up to €300. A security deposit of €100 (in cash) is required at check-in.
