BEDROOMS
- There are four spacious well-furnished rooms - one on the elevated ground floor and three on the first floor.
- All rooms offer a plethora of amenities like a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and a wardrobe.
- All rooms on the first floor have attached balconies offering some scenic views of the coconut palms and fields.
- All rooms have an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are four attached bathrooms and one common bathroom on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have solar and electric geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the property.
- With its sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate 8 to 10 people.
- This room is equipped with an AC, TV, and Wi-Fi access.
- The dining area is a component of the living room on the ground floor.
- This air-conditioned room can seat up to 6 people. It is not equipped with a TV.
- This home adorned with goan hues also features a cosy backyard coupled with coconut palms giving it a beach vibe.
- There is a private cosy outdoor pool 20x10 sq. ft. in size and 5 ft. in-depth.
- There is a patio on the first floor with ample seating arrangement for up to 8 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to kitchen premises to cook their own meals. They can also choose to order in from the nearby eateries.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, purifier, toaster, and mixer.
- Crockery and cutlery are also provided.

FOOD
- Guests can cook their own meals or choose to order in from the nearby eateries.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor board games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful stroll in the backyard and soak in the beach vibes this home has to offer. Guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the outdoor pool. Enjoy a steaming cuppa while catching the early morning sunrise or a beautiful sunset.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans and Wi-Fi for up to 8 hours.
- There is a pet dog residing in the property premises for security purposes.
- The villa is located in a secluded area.
- This is a standalone property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
