- late check out charges > RM30/hour.

All guest must pay damages deposit upon arrival.
To avoid virus, all deposit shall pay by online banking only.
Deposit is refundable, if guest follow the house rules. Such as no smoking, all kind of damages, lost of unit key etc.

1 day - 4 days, Damages deposit is RM100.
5 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM200.
14 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM300.
