Located along the Kapal Singh Drive, this is a duplex apartment with super high ceiling and windows that offers you stunning panorama view of Georgetown and the harbour. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds that can fit 6 adults comfortably. Our place is about 8mins/RM7 by Uber to town centre and 20mins/RM20 by Uber from the airport. Car park is provided if you are driving.

I am staying about 2 mins away but most of the time I am not meeting up with guests. Key will be passed to our guests through an easy method upon arrival.

Karpal Singh Drive where our apartment is located is now one of the hottest spot in Penang, the new water front district offers you the entertainments and restaurants you need. 2 gigantic food courts is within walking distance or 3mins drive. It is located at the centre of everywhere! About 5mins drive from town centre. 20mins drive to Gurney drive and 10mins drive to Queensbay.

这小区是槟城目前最热门的地点。不但在海边，离老城也只有五分钟车程，楼下就有酒吧，餐厅按摩院，槟城两个最大的大排档也就走路就到。20分钟到关仔角广场，10分钟到皇后湾广场就能让完成你的血拼梦。

Bus stop is right in front of the apartment but the frequency of bus is quite low and not punctual.

The best way to get around is by car, you can download the application called Grab. Grab works just like Uber, usually your driver will arrive within 10mins, just a great timing for you to come down from our apartment to be picked up by the Grab driver.

Fare and travelling time:

To Georgetown area is about RM5 to RM10 and takes about 5mins to 15mins depends on the area u are going.

To Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple takes about 15mins to 30mins depends on traffic condition. Fare is usually below RM20.

To Batu Feringgi takes about 40mins to 50mins. The fare is usually below RM30

We prefer clean and responsible guests. We have put a lot of effort for your pleasure and comfort and in return we ask for your care of our cosy home. We do not offer luggage deposit and our check in and check out time is fixed.

Early checkin and late checkout are available at RM30 per hour if requested in advance. Subject to availability.
Late check out is available up to 1pm only.
