There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, the shower room has a toilet and sink as well, the kitchen/diner is a large space fully stocked with everything you need to make some magic in the kitchen. The two person breakfast bar in the kitchen is positioned next to a window to the sitting room ideal if you are a family staying at the property and you want to keep an eye on your children while your cooking or cleaning, there is a very comfortable sofa as well as an armchair. You also have access to the outdoor seating/dining area. Principality House offers a full self check in via a lock box, the code for which will be communicated on the day of arrival by our friendly bookings team. When you book Principality House you are booking the whole apartment and we offer self check in to ensure we are following covid-19 guidelines. Our friendly booking's team are available 9am-8pm daily and will be able to help answer any questions you have . Right in the heart of the city, you are walking distance to all of Cardiff's main attractions. The Principality Stadium is across the river from the apartment, with Cardiff Central Train Station being just a 5 min walk away you can get a train to Cardiff Bay. St David's 2 shopping centre is approximately a 15 minute walk away as well as John Lewis and the famous Cardiff Market and Cardiff Castle is 10 minutes walk away if you turn left out of the front door then turn right and continue on Castle Street. If you wanted to get a bus into the city Fitzhamon Embankment bus stop is just five doors up the street and across the road, if you wanted to walk into the city it would only be approximately 15 minutes walk. Cardiff Central train station is approximately 5 minutes walk away. The parking directly outside of the property is for permit holders however the parking on the other side of the road is Pay and Display. Please note that this property requires a damage deposit. The deposit amount of £400 will be pre-authorised on the day of your arrival using the card that you have chosen on the online check in form. Upon check out the property will be inspected and the pre-authorisation released assuming there are no damages.
