The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 7 well-furnished bedrooms - 4 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, electric kettle, separate seating areas and ensuite bathrooms.
- All bedrooms overlook the verdant garden.
- All the bedrooms on the ground floor offer Wi-Fi access.
- One of the bedrooms on the first floor has table tennis and opens up to a furnished balcony, equipped with a TV.
- 1 bedroom on the first floor leads out to the private terrace, offering soothing views.

BATHROOMS
- There are 7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms have solar heaters, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in a few of the ensuite bathrooms.

INDOOR AREAS
- There is an expansive, well-lit living room on the ground floor, with comfortable sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
- It is equipped with a range of modern amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi, CCTV and a portable music system.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and is equipped with modern furnishings and seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
- Make the most of the bar setup and enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar.

OUTDOOR AREAS
- The exteriors of the home boast unending greenery, including a 9000 sq. ft. landscaped lawn.
- It features a buddha statue, an attached gazebo and ample seating arrangements, and makes for an ideal picnic spot.
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 25x16 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- There is a tiled walkway leading up to the villa.
- The entrance of the villa has a patio, with modern furnishings and a beautiful painting, perfect for your Instagram shots.
- The first floor of the home houses a cosy, private terrace, overlooking the landscaped lawn, the pool and the farms.

KITCHEN
- All Indian vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person, per day.
- All Indian non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day.
- Guests can choose to opt for a Chinese meal package at an additional cost of Rs. 2100 per person, per day. Please note, only the lunch or dinner can be Chinese, the other meal will be Indian.
- Guests can choose to opt for a Continental meal package at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. Please note, only the lunch or dinner can be Continental, the other meal will be Indian.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

A harmonious blend of modern, contemporary decor while offering an authentic farm stay experience, Casa De Paz Villa makes for an ideal beach getaway. Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private pool. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn, unwind in the gazebo and bask in the sun. Head over to the terrace and savour the soothing sights. If you wish to step outdoors, Awas Beach is only a 10-minute drive away.

While indoors, play indoor games such as table tennis, and cards. Devour a lavish barbecue spread, and enjoy your favourite drinks by the bar. Go home relaxed and rejuvenated.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use.
- The washing machine can be used at an additional cost.
- An iron, torch and medical kit can be provided on request, at no additional charge.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests are advised to remain cautious given the presence of snakes and insects around.
- In case of a power outage, the 30KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours and the inverter can support a few appliances for up to 4 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room, the first floor passage and external areas for security purposes.
- Guests are advised to be careful while accessing the pool from the living room.
- The caretaker and security guard stay on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, that works on the ground floor. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
