Vivenda Royale H5 is strategically located within the city limits of Calangute yet far away from the tourist rush. As you enter the village limits coconut tree-lined paddy fields welcome you to a serene resort set up where the stay is located.
The studio suite is spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults with a king sized bed, spacious balcony which lets in natual light and fresh air that cool the apartment along with airconditioning, 150mbps wifi, Android tv, Power back up and a caretaker to make your stay comfortable.

Guests have complete access to the suite and its facilities.
Guests can explore the common areas of the resort and the gardens.
There is an outdoor restaurant that can be used by the guests.
The resort has a private pool that is not accessible to our guests.

1. At the time of check-in, all guests must present a government-authorized valid photo ID.
2. For any loss of items of damages to the property and furniture, the stay guest will be responsible and will be charged based on the severity.
3. Pets are not allowed by the guests or visitors visiting the guests.
4. No parties, No drugs.
5. Please turn off the lights, air conditioners, geysers, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
6. Only registered guests are allowed for Overnight stay.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Guests need to take extra care of house keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
9. No swimming pool.
10. No kitchen inside the suite
11. No loud music post 7 pm on public areas or balconies.
12. Security deposit of rupees 3000 is compulsory, which will be refunded on the day of check-in after the suite inspection.
