This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are four spacious bedrooms, all on the ground floor of this property.
- Wake up to amazing vistas of the verdant lawn and the blue skies that each room’s balcony has to offer.
- All the rooms are equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, locker, and an ensuite bathroom.
- Two rooms offer a comfortable king-sized bed, whereas the other two rooms have a queen-sized bed.
- There is provision for an extra foldable bed in three of the rooms. The fourth room has a sofa bed.
- One of the bedrooms is right next to the pool, while the other room is situated adjacent to it.

BATHROOMS
- There are four attached bathrooms and one common bathroom on the ground floor of this property.
- All attached bathrooms are equipped with solar geysers, hair-dryers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- The communal bathroom is next to the dining area and is equipped with a shower,  towels, and basic toiletries. It does not have a geyser.

INTERIOR AREAS
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this property.
- With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can accommodate a total of up to 12 people.
- The living room with its chic-modern interiors is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The dining area is a component of the living room which opens up to the beautiful lawn area.
- It is equipped with a TV and can seat up to 10 people. 
- Both the living room and dining area are not equipped with an AC.

EXTERIOR AREAS
- The exteriors of this property feature a verdant lawn covering an area of about 15000sq.ft. 
- It has bench-style seating and a charming gazebo that can comfortably accommodate about 15 people.
- Guests can enjoy a peaceful stroll here or have some quality catching up with their tribe.
- The villa also features a well-manicured garden in the backyard and a jogging track for all fitness enthusiasts.
- The villa also has a private outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak.
- It is 15x30 sq.ft. in size and 4.5ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
- Guests have access to the kitchen for basic cooking and reheating purposes. Access to cooking elaborate meals is not allowed.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, mixer, grinder, and toaster.
- Crockery and cutlery are also provided.

FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.1200 per person.
- All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per person per meal.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation for your personal staff for up to 1 male and 1 female member at an extra charge of Rs.500 per person exclusive meals. The staff will accommodate in the staff quarters and will be given a mattress for bedding purposes.

Overlooking the lush green vistas of Nashik lies this perfect Nashik getaway, filled with opulence to the brim. Within this charming villa, there are a multitude of activities to indulge in that help in making your stay with us quite the memorable one! Take a stroll through the vast expanse of the verdant lawn or play to your heart’s content in the garden located at the backside of the property. The outdoor private pool is where guests can unwind. The quaint gazebo adjacent to the lawn is a perfect spot for catching the early sunrise or the beautiful sunset while sipping on a hot cuppa! The jogging track is a boon for all those fitness enthusiasts. There is a specially curated tent stay that can be availed. To top it all off, some game nights are definitely in store with the plethora of indoor board games available at this property. Every nook and cranny of this gorgeous villa is carefully designed for guests to make infinite memories here.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue kit can be made available on request at an additional cost of Rs.400 for Veg. per person and Rs.550 for Non-Veg. per person.
- Guests can also avail of the bonfire setup for an extra charge of Rs.500. 
- Guests can use the washing machine and the tents facility for no additional charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete.
- All-male groups and Nashik locals are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly villa.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights in two bedrooms for up to 14 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes.
- Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
