A wonderful and pleasant place for your stay, with unmatched views of the city, its harbor, and beyond from the very top of the tallest apartment building in central Surabaya.

Located right at the Peak Residences Apartment on top of the massive Tunjungan Plaza shopping center superblock with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options. The central location right at the heart of Surabaya also means easy access to all parts of the city.

COVID- 19 NOTE:
Due to COVID-19 we are cleaning and sanitizing the apartment in accordance to agoda's Cleaning guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are also providing cleaning and sanitizing supplies at the apartement for your convenience as well. Also, everyone entering the building is required to wear a mask and washing hands with the provided hand sanitizers is highly encouraged.

The unit is located at the top floor of the building with marble flooring, a balcony, and big floor to ceiling windows in each bedroom. It has a living area joined with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom, and a second bathroom accessible from the living area.

Living area:
→ We have put a sofa-bed in the living area that would be comfortable for relaxing and watching the TV as well for sleeping. The sofa-bed can accommodate one adult comfortably.
→ A Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to your phone or music player for your enjoyment.
→ The area is equipped with an independent air conditioning unit for a comfortable stay.

Kitchen:
→ The kitchen has an electric stove with two burners
→ Basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting board, and basic spices
→ A refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and an electric kettle.
→ Plates and eating utensils, as well as dish washing soap and equipment.
→ Washing machine and dryer, and washing detergent for your use as well.
→ We also provide complimentary beverages. We'll put bottled mineral water and carbonated/tea beverages in the fridge. In addition, there are complimentary instant tea/coffee and some biscuits/snacks that we hope can make your stay even better.

Master bedroom:
→ The master bedroom has a king sized (180x200cm) bed with a firm health mattress
→ A wardrobe where you can store your clothes
→ A well lit dressing table with mirror
→ A reclining chair with microfiber fabric where you can relax and enjoy the view of the city and harbor, as well as the Suramadu bridge that connects Surabaya to the island of Madura.
→ An independent air conditioning unit.

Master bathroom:
→ The master bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet
→ Bath towels and hand towels
→ Liquid bath soap and shampoo
→ A hair-dryer
→ Disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes

Second bedroom:
→ The second bedroom has a queen sized (160x200cm) bed with a firm health mattress.
→ A wardrobe
→ A well lit table
→ Individual reading lights for comfortable reading on the bed.
→ The room has a view of the city and harbor.
→ An independent air conditioning unit

Second bathroom:
The second bathroom is accessible from the common living area and is equpped with
→ A shower, toilet, and sink
→ Bath towels and hand towels
→ Liquid bath soap and shampoo
→ Disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes

Entertainment/internet:
→ There is a Cable TV in the apartment with 130+ channels
→ WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment unit.
→ Bluetooth speaker for your use

The apartment area is approximately 71 sq. m. (765 sq. ft.)

During your stay, you are free to access the swimming pool and gym areas. We also ask that you follow the rules posted in those areas.

Parking is available with prior arrangement
If you bring a car and would like to park at the apartment during your stay, we need to arrange for it in advance. Please submit your vehicle registration document electronically to us at least 2 days before your arrival. We can arrange for parking for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide parking for more than 1 vehicle.

An alternative arrangement would be to park at the Tunjungan Plaza shopping center. We believe the rate there is currently a flat IDR10,000 during operating hours and IDR 100,000 for overnight parking.

You'll have the whole apartment unit for yourself during the stay.
