The project also features underground parking for 2 vehicles.

For tenancies less than 28 days the electric consumption is subject to fair usage which is 20 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the condo.

For tenancies of 28 days or longer the tenant will be fully responsible for the electric and water consumption which will be calculated at the standard government rate.

Cleaning is 800 THB per week and includes x1 clean and x1 change of bed linen.
