A tropical guest house in the city. Walking distance from Megaworld’s Iloilo Business Park and 5 min. away from SMCity and Ayala's Atria District. Comfortable for up to 6 guests, it includes daily breakfast, separate entrance, family room, office space, balcony, ground floor terrace, spacious garden, and WiFi. Towels and amenities are also provided during your stay. Housekeepers are assigned and daily cleaning are done during the guests’ stay. I also personally prepare your breakfast! :)

I'll be available for the most part of the our guests’ stay. I live in the main house so I can take care of their needs 24/7. There is also a caretaker assigned to take care to the immediate needs of guests during their stay. Cleaning is done everyday.

Residencia 50 is just a walking distance away from Megaworld Iloilo Business Park including Festive Walk Mall, Iloilo Contemporary Museum, Iloilo Business Park, and Iloilo Convention Center. Right down the street is McDonalds and a hospital is on the opposite side. Right across the property is Iloilo Supermart grocery and a 7/11 convenience store is nearby.

We live on the main road so taxis are generally in the area 24/7. Jeepneys also pass by our house during the daytime until around 9pm.
