This small house has one bedroom, a kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower (hot water), a lavatory and a toilette, and a small patio. The bedroom has a split-level air conditioner, a large ceiling fan, a TV, and a cabinet with a mirror.
The path through the spacious garden with two native rest houses and lush vegetation leads directly to the top of the cliff coast, 3 to 5 m above the sea, a distance of about 30 m. Stairs lead into crystal clear water where you can swim at all times.

Our location is for those who love nature and want to relax. As the next neighbors are a few hundred meters away, rest and quiet are guaranteed.
The distance to Sta. Fe center is about 2 km where you have many different restaurants and bars. The next restaurant (Greek) is about 600 m from us next to the Ruins, a landmark of Sta. Fe
The closest sandy beach (one of the best in Sta. Fe) - Sandira Beach - is within walking distance.

The guests booking this small house can use all facilities in the garden including the native rest houses and the stairs into the sea.

The 180-degree view of the sea from the small resthouse above the cliff is impressive. On clear days you can see Cebu Island in the South and Negros in the East.

Transportation is normally by tricycle. To be more flexible and to explore the island at your own pace it is recommended to rent a motorbike. You can rent a modern scooter from us for 300 Pesos per day.
