This stunning 8-bedroom family-friendly mansion located at BellaVida Resort has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, games room, theatre, parking, resort hot tub, gym, and more! You’ll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants. My home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and private pool. There are 9 beds and the property sleeps 16 people. You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge. The Space: This 8-bedroom home is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. There is a private pool, a games room, theatre and free parking on the premises. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The King beds are extremely comfortable, as are the single beds. The smart TVs comes with Netflix. First Floor Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: King bed Second Floor Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: King bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin beds Bedroom 6: King bed Bedroom 7: Bunk bed (Twin and Full) Bedroom 8: King bed Guest Access: Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to BellaVida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Interaction with Guests: I'm available around the clock for any assistance you need. The Neighborhood: The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall. Other Things to Note: 1. Pets up to 50lbs ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal. 2. Pool heating is an additional service NOT included in the booking price. It's an additional fee of $25/day that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details. 3. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out. 4. We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane take upon request for a $50 fee. 5. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) 6. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) House Rules: 1. Please don’t party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund 2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit 3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out 4. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee
