This stunning 6-bedroom family-friendly home located at BellaVida Resort has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, BBQ, resort hot tub, gym, parking, and more! You’ll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants. My home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private backyard. There are 8 beds and the property sleeps 12 people. You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge. *Please note that pool heating is out of service. The Space: This 6-bedroom home is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. There is a private pool, BBQ, and free parking on the premises. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The King beds are extremely comfortable, as are the Queen and single beds. The smart TV comes with Netflix, news, and streaming. First Floor Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: King bed Second Floor: Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin beds Bedroom 6: 2 Twin beds Guest Access: Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to BellaVida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Due to Covid-19, all clubhouse amenities remain close until further notice. Only the community pool is open at this time. Interaction with Guests: I'm available around the clock for any assistance you need. The Neighborhood: The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall. Other Things to Note: 1. Pets up to 50lbs ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal. 2. Pool heating is temporarily unavailable. 3. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out. 4. We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane take upon request for a $50 fee. 5. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) 6. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) House Rules: 1.
