This stunning 6-bedroom family-friendly home located at Bella Vida Resort has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, gym, parking, and more! You’ll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants. My home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private backyard. There are 6 beds and the property sleeps 18 people. The Space: This 6-bedroom house is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. There's a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, and free parking on the premises. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The King beds are extremely comfortable, as are the Queen and bunk beds. The smart TVs come with Netflix, news, and streaming. You'll also gain full access to the luxurious Bella Vida Resort, which features a luxury lounge, two large resort style swimming pools, a movie theatre, a fitness facility, a playground, and a games room. First Floor Bedroom 1: King bed Second Floor Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: Bunk bed (Double) Bedroom 6: Bunk Bed - (Double and Twin) Guest Access: Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to BellaVida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Interaction with Guests: I'm available around the clock to provide any assistance you may need. The Neighborhood: The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall. Getting Around: Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to BellaVida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Other Things to Note: 1. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service NOT included in the booking price. It's an additional fee of $25/day for one, or $40/day for both, that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details. 2. Pets up to 50lbs ARE WELCOME at our home! The pet fee is $50 per animal. 3. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fine per hour past check-out. 4. We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane take upon request for a $50 fee. 5. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) 6. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) House Rules: 1. Please don’t party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund 2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit 3. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out 4. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee
