The Space: Bedroom 1: King Bed, with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds Guest Access: There is free parking available in the garage, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. The building amenities are open from 8am - 5pm. Please note the movie theatre and fitness center are temporarily unavailable. Interaction with Guests: I'll be available around the clock. The Neighborhood: The apartment is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots and entertainment. There's a $50 fine for excessive noise complaints. 2. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home, a max of two pets are permitted. The pet fee is $50/animal. 3. We're happy to deliver: --> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip) --> a Highchair for $5/day ($25 max per trip) 4. If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip. House Rules: 1. Please do not party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund 2. If there's a noise complaint for your unit, you'll be charged a $50 fine 3. Please do not smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit 4. Please do not set the AC below 72F or you will damage it 5. Please do not check-out late or you will be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out 6. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee
