About the apartment:
These Paris accommodations are situated in a secure residential building with coded access in a safe and central part of Paris. The 40sqm apartment is located on the fifth floor with an elevator and faces an interior courtyard for ensured peace and quiet while staying in the heart of Paris. The layout has been intelligently optimized to comfortably host four people and is a suitable rental for a family visiting Paris.

The open-plan living and dining area is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with a sofa, flat screen television with cable, a dining table and chairs for four and more. The couch transforms into a comfortable double bed to provide additional sleeping arrangements for two people.

The small but fully equipped kitchen is located just off the living area. It includes a stove, microwave oven with grill function, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. An iron and board are also provided. Should you need to wash your clothes during your stay, there is a laundromat located nearby.

The bedroom contains a double bed with a quality mattress. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Additional linens are available for the sofa bed. The bedroom has a large storage place for all of your belongings. This room is separated from the living area by a sliding door.

The bathroom features a stand up shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast.

A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll have access to a personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris as well as things to do in Le Marais.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. This will be exercised in a reasonable fashion and always provide written notice in advance, except in cases of emergency. Your comprehension and cooperation are appreciated.

About the 4th Arrondissement location:
This apartment is located in one of the best areas to stay in Paris. Le Marais is regarded as one of the best Parisian neighbourhoods. The apartment is just 30 seconds from the historic Place de la Bastille with its glorious column and the Bastille Opera House. The farmers market of Richard Lenoir takes place here several days a week and is not to be missed. It is a great place to buy fresh produce in Paris as well as try local and ethnic delicacies.

The magnificent Place des Vosges is also a minute away by foot and is worth visiting. A favourite green space of Parisians, on a sunny Parisian day, you’ll find this square full of people having a picnic and children playing in its many fountains. The historic arcades surrounding the square house fine art galleries, chic restaurants, street musicians and the former home of French writer Victor Hugo, the man behind works such as Les Miserables et Notre Dame de Paris. You can visit Victor Hugo’s house for free and admire the views of the Places des Vosges from above.

The Marais district in the Fourth Arrondissement is full of restaurants, boulangeries and shopping opportunities. Take a tour along the Quai de l’Arsenal to see some of the famous Parisian “péniches”, or houseboats. You can also take a cruise on the Canal Saint Martin. Stoll past the Bastille and towards the River Seine to reach the Ile Saint Louis, home of Berthillon ice cream, or the Ile de la Cite, home to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Don’t forget to visit the Promenade Plantée, a Parisian favourite for jogging and walking on an elevated park above the city.

Let yourself get lost in Paris and wander the streets, admiring the fine architecture, historic cobblestones and more. With its close proximity to the Bastille Metro Stop (Lines 1, 5 and 8), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports from central Paris. The RER A line runs from this station as well and provides the easiest way to get to Disneyland Paris.

Bastille (lines 1,5,8)

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of 40€ for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for 40€. Both can be provide for 60€. Please confirm after your reservation is confirmed.

When sending an inquiry or placing a booking request, please include as many details about yourself and the people you are traveling with. Who are you? What do you do for a living? What brings you to the city? Have you read through the strict flat policies and do you intend to respect them?

Remember a fully-refundable 800€ damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc.

In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
