The property offers free parking on a first come first serve basis. You can also use the pool. Pool fees are payable to condo admin.

You can enjoy sunset view from the balcony. You can also enjoy the night with our fairy lights.

You can also spend time chatting, playing mobile games, or read a book and munch some snacks at the sofa.

We will also provide floor mattress for groups of 3-4 persons

We will only be there as necessary. We value your privacy.

Located 15-km away from the Taal Volcano, the property assures safety for sudden catastrophes.
Aside from it safety considerations, the property also offers luxurious vibe starting from the pine trees lined up along Bonifacio Drive up to instagrammable pool, clubhouse, and other amenities.

Should you need immediate supplies, there are nearby sari-sari store in the area. There is also a nearby coffee shop and convenience store 300 meters away.

Public transportation is readily available in the city from tuktuk to buses. Local transportation is mainly via tuktuk or tricycle.

We have provided a number of a tuktuk driver in case you need to get around the city or simply do some tours.

We will provide two towels. Extra towels will be charged separately.

Bring your own drinking water.

Pool access is payable to condo admin. 150 per head for day swimming and 200 per head for night swimming. Pool is by reservation through the condo admin during this pandemic. Pool is closed on Tuesdays for general cleaning. You can access pool on Wednesday mornings if available.
