The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 4 A-frame independent cottages on the premises.
- Each cottage has 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 attic room on the first floor.
- Amenities such as ensuite bathrooms and attached balconies overlooking the surrounding greenery are offered in all bedrooms.
- All bedrooms on the ground floor have a king-sized bed, AC, TV, electric and separate seating area, and the rooms on the first floor have a twin bed and fans.
BATHROOMS
- There are 8 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- Separate dressing areas and hairdryers are offered in all the bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS
- There is an in-house restaurant, serving a variety of delicacies and overlooking the serene landscapes. It offers comfortable seating arrangements for up to 50 people.
- The outdoor spaces of this property are truly unique. Housing several beautifully landscaped lawns, walking paths and several benches and chairs for seating.
- There is a children’s play area that includes a trampoline, archery, zip-lining and tire-walking.
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the circular swimming pool, 4.5 ft. in depth. It is complete with a pool deck, furnished with pool loungers and sun umbrellas.
KITCHEN
- There is no kitchen in this property.
FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis in the in-house restaurant.
- Vegetarian barbecue meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Proving to be an ideal nature escape, while here, guests will be spoilt for choice. Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the pool, unwind on the pool loungers and soak in the stunning views of the mountains and valleys. Take a lazy stroll on the lawns, whilst the kids stay occupied with a host of activities including archery, zip-lining, tire walking and more. Devour lip-smacking meals served at the in-house restaurant. Request for a bonfire to be lit up, and relish a lavish barbecue spread. Make the most of the karaoke set up and spend the evening with your loved ones. End the day with a soothing night of stargazing, embrace the beauty around and go home rejuvenated.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Karaoke can be set up at no additional cost.
- Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per session.
- A private bonfire session along with a lavish meal for couples can also be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per session.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- In case of a power outage, the 85KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel, Jio and Vi work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- The stay is a part of a gated community.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the location of the villa and presence of wild creatures around.
- Guests are requested to keep the windows and doors shut during the evenings, as the property may be prone to insects and bugs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- A baby bassinet can be provided upon demand.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of (URL HIDDEN)
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
