The apartment is airy with its windows positioned to offer cross ventilation, so fresh air flows through the whole house. The swimming pool, which faces the sea and also has a children's area, is located just below the kitchen window. The parking space is located just outside the elevator, thus making it very easy to take your luggage or shopping up to the apartment.

This exclusive building is just 20 m from the beach. The premises are well maintained, very nice looking and clean. The building is situated within an enclosed compound with garden and relaxation áreas. Swim or relax in a beautiful swimming pool that faces the sea or walk out to be right on the beach. The property offers easy access at many different points and you can get in using two main entrances from the road, two entrances from the beach promenade, stairway access, elevator access, ramp access, using the video-phone system or the bell ringing system outside each block or from outside the building itself. The basement parking can be accessed through a ramp from the road and from there, elevators and stairways are available.

This building is located in the best spot that Playa Honda has to offer, with a marine walkway that connects Playa Honda with La Manga Camping & Caravaning, Mar de Cristal… on one side and Playa Paraiso and La Manga on teh other side, It is not a high building nor is it crowded with too any apartments and it has a tasteful and cheerful aspect, which makes it a peaceful and tranquil spot for your holidays – just perfect.

The swimming pool area is just gorgeous with front facing views across the Mar Menor, another great spot from where to enjoy the sunsets that are especially magical from this location. There are sun beds, sun shades, garden áreas, tres, potted plants, flowers… apart from paved áreas and an área with artificial grass designed for your relaxation. The building community is doing a great job!

Playa Honda is a semi-urban beach with fine Golden sand and a wide marine promenade that extends along the shores of the Mar Menor sea, which is a salt wáter lagoon with wáter from the Mediterranean Sea in the Murcia Region.

The Mar Menor, with its 180 km surface área, constitutes the largest salt wáter lagoon in Europe. La Manga del Mar Menor is a narrow stretch of sand that is 22 km long and between 100 and 800 m wide. “La Manga” means “sleeve” and is well known for its warmer and calmer cristalline Mediterranean waters. The Mar Menor is perfect for a peaceful dip / swim and is especially ideal for children because it is tranquil, shallow and calm. Very close by is Cabo de Palos, a charming fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea.
The natural environment, good climate, wáter quality and the best conditions for different wáter sports convert the Mar Menor into a well renowned tourist destination.
The lagoon has various sections that are protected by law, such as the natural spaces where the flora and fauna are protected so that they can flourish without the risks posed by human urbanisation.
The Mar Menor offers you some magnificent spots to visit, a rich mining and fishing heritage, a wide gastronomic offer, very varied leisure options and especially the best conditions for a numerous variety of wáter sports, like sailing, diving, snorkeling, kite surf...
Sunsets from the balcony in the apartments are the most uplifting experience, they are so colourful and vivid - get that sunset cocktail ready and enjoy the show.

Buses: There is a bus stop next to the church in Playa Honda. Line 20 goes to Cartagena.
Bicycles: The best way to enjoy this area. Bicycles can be dropped and picked up from your doorstep, which is a very comfortable arrangement. Please do not hesitate to ask me for information.

- Snorkeling / diving / water sports - you are in the perfect place! Do you have snorkeling goggles - bring them to swim with marine life in a beautiful marine reserve and I will tell you about some interesting spots.
