The perfect hideaway to relax on the balcony, overlooking the mountainous valley whilst reading a book, lounge on the sun lounges around the pool with a cocktail soaking up the sun or curl up in front of the cozy fireplace sipping on a glass of red during the cold winter evenings.

Our home is a large house that is split into 3 self contained units. (we live downstairs plus an additional rental unit for 2)Your area would be the top floor comprising of 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, walk in closet and an open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen with fireplace. A lovely private balcony completes the set up with a newly built braai room style braai/bbq area complete with pull down patio blinds. The house has an industrial look but the finishes and decor are modern. The industrial build allows the space to be more open and let plenty of natural light flow in.

Your private balcony comes with a lounger chairs for watching the stars at night (a must) as well as a NEWLY BUILT braai / bbq area (wood) and informal dining area. There are also 2 pull down blinds on the balcony to enclose the braai area and make it nice and cosy. Please note that smoking is allowed but only on the balcony / outside areas. Please do NOT smoke in the apartment. Access to the pool/hot tub area is via a flight of stairs: some might find it steep so we request that you please use the hand rails.
