This large apartment is perfect for families or friends, with 2 massive pools this resort has everything you need.

This spacious and bright apartment is on the 3rd floor of The Palms resort. Master bedroom has a king bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a large closet.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There's a guest bathroom with shower as well.

An open plan living area has TV, a large comfortable sofa and balcony, the kitchen is fully equipped for holidays or long stays.

The building has 2 massive swimming pools, private parking and gym. There's also a kid's club and a restaurant.

Electric and water usage are NOT included in the price, please be wise, close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.

Water cost THB 95 per unit

Cleaning during the stay is not included, cost is 1200 THB per time, this includes changing bedsheets and towels.
