You will notice some signages, office chairs, drawer, computers, awards, whiteboard and some other stuff as I used this as home based office if vacant.

We do have CCTV for security during your stay. We value your privacy so the rooms CCTV are covered. You can move the living room camera facing the wall if you want to. What's important is the safety our guests going in and out the place specially the gate and your cars.

They can use all inside the house including T.V, Aircon, kitchen, bedrooms, KTV and PS3.

Palo Verde Resort has their own rules. I can't guarantee if they are open or not specially during this pandemic. If you prefer to use the swimming pool, kindly message us ahead of time so we can verify first and reserve you and or your group ahead of time.

AGAIN: The resort is 2-3 mins walk in my townhouse. We are just at the back of this resort.

Townhouse style and surrounded with some local resident. Inside subdivision. A lot of houses with multiple streets around. Some owners park their cars at the front of their unit.

Don't expect a hotel style environment as this is a Filipino subdivision. There are foreign nationals around as well like koreans, american, african, etc.

By private car, taxi, grab or tricycle.

For directions during check in, just simply type in Palo Verde Resort Clark using Waze or Google Map. We will meet infront of the resort gate so we can guide you going to our place.

The accommodation is within the subdivision and the resort is just 2 minutes walk. I do recommend though to bring your car going to the resort for more convience. The name of the resort is Palo Verde which offers both public and private pool. They have 2 large public pools for adults and kids and 1 infinity private pool. If you wish to avail the private pool, just add 12k which will be good for the whole day. Their resort is subject to availability and better contact them ahead of time if that is the main purpose of your stay with us as we don't have control if they will allow guests.

Additional Php200 per pax if you wish to use the pool and cottage can be paid directly in the resort ranging 500-2k.

If you wish to avail the wakeboarding, just add 500 for each that will be good for 2 hours.

The area is surrounded by locals, other townhouses with identical look, resto, milktea and stores so you can buy around or just use grab delivery. Don't expect a hotel style accommodation and surrounding as this is a homestay but exclusively for you. It's like your second home.
