This is a nice, clean local apartment right in the heart of Bavaro. With very high ceilings, 3 ceiling fans, and 3x air conditioners too!

Very friendly neighbors including local Dominicans and Canadians. Walk to great restaurants, bars, and grocery store, and to the beach (enter beside Whalabavaro Hotel).

This is a 7 month lease or you can sign for 1 year. If you need wi-fi/cable, we can help you get setup with the local provider. There is a security guard onsite, typical of most apartments in the area.

Towels and 4 sets of sheets provided, just bring your suitcase!

Parking included but you dont need a car here.
One bathroom with an LG washing machine. Clothes drying rack for the balcony.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, and storage for things.
Bedroom two has a king bed, and mega size closet for your things.
Living room is spacious too.
Kitchen is small but well equipped, with stove top gas cooktop, a microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery,pots etc.

Max 4 people occupancy.
Small pet permitted

Fees:

You need to be approved by the management company. You supply proof of income, and government identification, sign the contract/lease. When you get the apartment and keys, we review the inventory list, you get a copy. $2500 usd is required to get the keys, plus the first months rent $750. The $2500 is the one time admin fee and your security deposit. The security deposit ($1500) is returned in full to you, at the end of the lease provided no inventory is missing and there are no damages to the apartment.

Electricity is not included in the monthly rent. You will receive a bill from the management company. Don't leave on the air conditioners when your not home to keep the cost low.
