the place is located around the main hub, having all kinds of restaurants, massage parlours, all kinds of shops, international hotel chains, around. Walkable distance to the beach in 0.5 kms.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, which includes living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, balconies, a huge personal terrace, common garden and pool area.

I am always available to the guests for interaction while giving them their personal space too. Will be happy and looking forward to assist during the guests stay in Goa. Always available over email, what's app, sms or a call away. Just need a ping and will assist the guest to make their stay as homely and successful as possible while visiting Goa. But be reasonable in your requests considering our interests too.

It's a place located close to the hub of activities and enjoyment, however the noise and crowd won't affect the guest stay at the accomodation provided due to the surroundings. Very peaceful, scenic view, nature feel, calm and serene, a feeling required during vacation at Goa.

You can take a taxi from the airport to reach the location. You can also self drive by renting a car or bike on arrival by following Google maps to come to North Goa and to reach the location.
If prior details and request provided can assist in sending a taxi which is payable by the guest to bring the guest to the location.

The guests need to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment on their own or by keeping a maid for cleaning at their own cost.

Wifi costs will be estimated when the stay is for 15 days or more.

During more than 10 days stay if the guest requires gas cylinder & stove, the guest will be charged for the gas and electricity as per consumption which will be calculated fairly.
