In the apartment, there are two cozy bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds, a closet, and a bookshelf.
In the living room, there is an extravagant sofa bed, which can be easily extended. The sofa belongs to a cozy sitting area with two velvet stools, two-seat cushions, and a rattan armchair with cozy faux fur. On it, the 55" smart TV is aligned and invites to cozy movie nights. There is also a black folding mattress in the living room, which can be used as an additional sleeping option.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a stove with 4 plates, an oven as well as a microwave. In addition, there is a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment for your food. On the dresser in the kitchen, there is a kettle and a coffee maker. You can find coffee and filters in the drawers below. You also have salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and the finest olive oil from Italy for cooking.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. In the mirrored cabinet above the sink, in addition to a hairdryer, there are items for daily use such as shampoo, as well as other hygiene products and disinfectants. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom and we provide detergent.

The check-in can be done by our guests themselves. Thus, a late check-in is also possible at any time.

Paid parking is available on the street.
