A cozy condo is seated on top of Vivacity Megamall which is the largest shopping mall in Sarawak. It is a brand new and guarded condominium with 24-hour security.
Our homestay is in Jazz suite 3, level 14.
Jazz Suite 3 lobby is linked to Vivacity Megamall and convenient for guests to go shopping, food outlets and TGV Cinema.

Guest access
Guest are able to access gym facilities, swimming pool, kids pool, playground, jogging track, rooftop garden, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, TV room (reservation required) and small library at the roof 'R' Floor.

Level R - Rubbish room , Carpark, Gym, Swimming Pool & other facilities
Level G- Lobby/Mall Access

** 1 private parking space will be provided for free.

Guests will self check in themselves taking the key from the letter box. After booking confirmation, we will send you check in details. We will provide a car park band card and access card when you check in. If any of the car park band card or access card got lost, there will be a penalty of RM 250 each.

Check in time: after 3 pm
Check out time: before 12pm

Early Check-In: We are unable to guarantee early check-ins; however, if an early check-in is requested we will do our best to accommodate.

Late check-out: A check out time past 12pm may be available if requested with advance notice on the morning of departure. If your personal belongings are still in your room after 12pm and you have not arranged a late check out with us through the (URL HIDDEN) app in advance, you will be charged of RM50/hour.
Other things to note
This is your home away from home and we wish you to be as comfortable as you can possibly be. However, please note some basic do's and don'ts:

1. We appreciate all our beloved guests to keep the house clean.
2. Please remove all footwear when entering the unit.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. For smoking, PLEASE USE THE BALCONY and close the door tight.
4. Please switch off water heater, lights & air-conditioning when not in use.
5. No partying, drugs or illegal activities. (Drugs are illegal in Malaysia which will be ultimately sentenced to death as a penalty)
6. No Pets allowed.
7. Please don't bring durians or strong smelling food into the house.
8. Please kindly respect your neighborhood by not making much noise after 10pm.
9. Lost/misplacement of access card and car park censor(band card)will be charged RM250 for replacement per card.
10. Guests are fully responsible for the furniture, appliances and other amenities during their stay. Any costs for damages or repair will be claimed from the security deposit. If you book for a third party, please inform them accordingly.
11. For the next guest convenience, please don't throw any foreign items into the toilet bowl (eg. sanitary pad, comb, toothbrush, blades, towel, toiletries, etc).
12. Proper swim attire is needed and no wet cloth in lift, lobbies and corridors. Fine will be imposed by the management for violation.
