6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.

Electric is subject to fair usage which is 25 units per day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the condo.

Cleaning is 1000 THB per week and includes x1 clean and x1 change of bed linen.

I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 2,000 THB.

SMOKING WITHIN THE CONDO IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke on the large balcony. Smoking within the condo will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
