Enjoy free usage of WiFi and access to a premium Netflix account for the duration of your stay.

Enjoy local and few HD channels as the TV on this unit is equipped with Sky Cable.

Landmark: near Marymount Academy, San Antonio Parish and City Hall of Parañaque.
Condo is walking distance to One San Antonio Market (wet market, Watsons, Ever Supermarket, Mr. DIY, etc).
Few walks away from Puregold, Alfamart, Monterey, Pizzadidi, Chowking, Jollibee, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc.
Unihealth hospital is also walking distance from the building.
Condo has 24/7 security personnel and hallways are equipped with CCTV Cameras.

No parking available on site, nearest and safest place to park your car is inside San Antonio Marketplace compound which is a block away from the building.

Unit is located at the ground floor of the low-rise, 5-story condominium.

Laundry shop, convenience store, and water refilling station were also located at the ground floor of the building.

Me and my co-host (Sam) can answer all of your inquiries and can help you around the area.

Unit is preferably for 2 persons only due to limited space. You can accept visitors at your discretion. Just make sure to leave a valid ID to the security staff.

House Rules:
Damages/Breakages are chargeable to guest and must be reported to the Host/Co-Host immediately.
Stain on linens are chargeable.
A detailed inventory list of all of the things inside the unit was provided. Please check and kindly notify us if you have notice any discrepancy.
No smoking inside the unit.
