The dining area a rectangular dining table with dining chairs that can comfortably sits four persons. Combination of white and gold never goes out of style so if you fancy having a different ambiance over some food the dining area of this apartment is perfect. Be a master chef, the kitchen has got you covered with all the basics. All appliances and cookware are provided for your comfortable stay. The bedrooms are furnished with king beds with comfortable mattresses and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night sleep for you and your loved ones. En suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and a sitting area completes the set-up of each bedroom. This apartment boasts two balconies which can be accessed from the living room and first bedroom. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place! If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more. If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi. For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT. The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The DMCC metro station is only a 4-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate. Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot. Carrefour Market is a few minutes away. The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person). If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing! House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties or smoking.
